Founder
Hung Pham holds a graduate degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Before founding RentalSpend, he built deterministic and AI-assisted software for financial compliance and auditing across the public and private sectors. He started RentalSpend after recognizing a gap in how teams check equipment-rental charges and follow corrections through.

How we work
Three principles guide every review.
Evidence before conclusions
Each finding cites a document you provided, such as a signed agreement, delivery ticket or credit note. If the evidence does not support a conclusion, we say so. You upload documents directly; no access to your accounting or internal systems is needed.
Clear financial outcomes
A potential discrepancy, a vendor-approved credit and a received refund are reported separately, never as one recovery total. Outcomes depend on your contract, the evidence and your vendor, so no result is guaranteed.
Customer approval before vendor action
We do not contact your vendor, write to them for you or escalate a finding without your explicit instruction. Findings are a document review, not legal advice; what happens next is your decision.
