- From your annual equipment rental spend: from $99 a month, rising more slowly than spend, so your subscription becomes a smaller share of spend as you grow. A workspace Admin sees the exact price and terms in the app before paying. Nothing is charged before you accept.
- Annual rental spend is the total value of your equipment-rental invoices over twelve months: invoice totals, including vendor-billed delivery, pickup, fuel, damage-waiver and environmental charges and any taxes on them. Later credits or refunds don’t reduce it.
- Your subscription covers the spend you state for 12 months. We email your Admins as you get close; going over starts a new term early at the same price. To price a different spend or switch billing, an Admin requests a new price from Billing.
- Yes, 12 months, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly billing is paid in 12 monthly installments; annual is one payment for the year.
- It is the yearly cost of your subscription as a share of the annual rental spend you entered. It's a comparison only: not a charge, and not a promised saving.
- Monthly billing includes a reasonable monthly allowance. If you need more in a month, an Admin can raise it or switch to annual billing, which has no monthly limit.
- One payment for the year, 10% less than paying monthly. The monthly figure shown with it is for comparison, not a monthly charge.
- Yes, on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, a workspace Admin can request a refund through Support within 30 days of your first payment. We refund your subscription payments and waive the rest of the commitment. The free audit is separate and needs no card.
- Contact us for custom pricing. There is no online checkout above $10M.
- Your team does, with RentalSpend's evidence, dispute packets and credit tracking. RentalSpend takes no share of what you recover.
