- Invoices (required to start)
- At least one, up to 20. Several give a fuller comparison.
- Agreed rates (for rate checks)
- The rate sheet or contract that applied. An older agreement is fine if it governed the invoiced period.
- Helpful extras (optional)
- Delivery and pickup tickets, off-rent confirmations and credit memos.
You can submit invoices without an agreement, but agreed-rate checks need it; the report says so. Supporting files don't count toward the 20 invoices; up to 10 are accepted.
File and workbook limits · PDF, PNG and JPEG files can be up to 10 MB each; CSV and Excel files up to 1 MB.
- PDF, CSV, PNG or JPEG: one invoice per file.
- PDF, PNG and JPEG up to 10 MB each; PDF invoices up to 8 pages. CSV and Excel files up to 1 MB.
- Excel (.xlsx): up to 10 invoices from the same vendor and account, one per sheet.
- Every invoice counts toward the 20. A workbook that would go past the 20 is not read.
